TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between STRIDESKILLSĀ PTE. LTD. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("the User," "you," or "your"), governing your access to and use of our online course, "Beyond the Nerves," and the associated community platform (collectively, the "Services").

By purchasing the Course or accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

To access the Course, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing your login with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content provided within the Courseā€”including videos, workbooks, text, graphics, and logosā€”is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.

  • Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

  • Prohibitions: You may not record, download (unless expressly permitted), reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content.

3. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

The Services include a community component (the "Community"). By participating, you agree:

  • Respectful Conduct: You will not post content that is defamatory, offensive, or harassing.

  • No Solicitation: You may not use the Community to promote your own products or services without prior written consent.

  • Right to Remove: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content or revoke your access to the Community immediately if you violate these guidelines.

4. NO GUARANTEES & LIABILITY LIMITATION

  • Educational Purpose Only: The Course is for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific results, such as the elimination of public speaking anxiety or career advancement.

  • Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that any changes you make to your behavior or professional practice are done at your own risk.

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Course.

5. PAYMENT AND "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" POLICY

  • Pricing: All prices are as stated at the time of purchase.

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: All sales are final. Given the digital nature of the content and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, credits, or cancellations for any reason. By completing your purchase, you waive any "cooling-off" period rights.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmlessĀ STRIDESKILLS PTE. LTD. and its directors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

To keep costs low and resolve disputes efficiently, both parties agree to the following:

  • Informal Resolution: Before taking legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations for a period of 30 days.

  • Binding Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

  • Details: The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
